I’ve had excellent support from Jun and the EVSE team. On two separate occasions when my Ocular IQ Solar Wallbox lost its configuration and needed to be set up again, Jun spent hours working with me to get everything back online. He was patient, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. It’s rare to encounter that level of commitment, and I’m very grateful for the care he took to make sure everything was working properly. The charger itself has been functional day-to-day, and the solar integration is a great feature. I have experienced some reliability frustrations, particularly with Wi-Fi connectivity and the device occasionally losing its settings, which has meant additional setup work. The configuration interface can also be a bit challenging to navigate as an end user. That said, the support experience has been outstanding. Jun and his colleagues have been consistently friendly, responsive, and willing to invest the time needed to help. That level of service makes a real difference, and it’s very much appreciated.

Just purchased an OcularLTE Plus V3, 22kw 3 Phase EV charger. Ordered on Tuesday 20th Jan and received at my door Thursday 22nd Jan. Brilliant delivery time, unit looks great, small for what it does, but nearly all units are small. Easy to install, being an Electrical Contractor. Probably my easiest install for months. Customer rapped with the finished product.

The installation team did a great job. Their communication and expectations were all very clear. In and out leaving the charger neat and tidy in the garage. Looks good and solid. The Ocular charges exactly how I expected. So top job all round. Very happy.

Ben and Sophia were great. They were very happy to refund my money given my unique circumstances. No fault on their part at all. It was done promptly and professionally. All I needed to do was to return the item unopened at my cost and they would provide a refund. Thank you again guys !
