What a great experience from start to finish with Stark! From the quick and polite response to our service request, to the friendly and competent service provider, to the fair pricing, we could not have been more pleased.

Colby did a great job installing a tankless water heater, utility sink, bathtub plumbing and bathroom sink plumbing. He knows his stuff and spent the time to make sure that all was working well. In installing the Utility Sink, access through the crawl space for the sink drain and water feeds proved to be troublesome. He spent the time to get the feeds up through the floor and all is working well. I recommend Stark Plumbing for your next project!

I would give even more than 5 stars if I could. I chose to replace the original (75 gallon) water heater in my house because it was almost 20 years old and showing symptoms of being at the end of its life. Stark excelled at what I value most: clear and conscientious communication, both from Colleen at the office and Colby when he visited my home to explain what he saw and educated me about hot water heaters. Kindness in their approach. Being there when they said they would. A competitive bid, made even sweeter when they didn't charge me for a base pan which came in slightly dented from their supplier. After I received their bid, I did get another bid. For that one, they didn't visit my home, but asked for photos of everything. While that's understandable, that firm also took several weeks to send me a bid which was slightly higher than Stark's. So yes, Stark Plumbing has earned my loyalty and confidence. They are good people!

Colleen was amazing, I had a water leak and everyone at Stark Plumbing treated me great! Stark Plumbing to the rescue! I have had several occasions where we needed the help of this team and they served me well each time. Colleen in the office doesn't miss a beat. She is not only personable, but communicative. I always received informative and timely information. The technician was top-notch, kind and did a stellar job with multiple repairs from the simple to the complex in two of our bathrooms. I am very satisfied with Stark Plumbing!
