Ben come to help with our hotwater issue and was awesome. Communication was great find the issue and resolved it all in 30mins to 40mins. I highly recommend RTL especially Ben De-ridder the plumber. Definitely using RTL trades if we ever have another issue with plumbing which is hopefully not for a long time lol.

We have nothing but gratitude and huge thanks for RTL's superb assistance in rectifying water damage at our property.  Despite it being a very stressful event, the communication from Gareth and Darcy, RTL's responsiveness and guidance all helped when we needed it most. RTL Trades Ben and Zac spent two days repairing the roof and replacing around 3500 screws on my Queenslander. (They also called in other employees one day to make sure job was competed before the rain) These two personable tradesmen were very professional and it was a pleasure to have them working on my house.

We are extremely grateful for the work that RTL has carried out on our block of units. RTL have done what is expected from a professional trade service. Requests to quote are carried out in a timely manner, the quoted prices have always been reasonable, the trades people have been professional in their manners and workmanship. After 4 years of other services attempting to fix our roof leaks RTL fixed the problem on the first attempt. They even offered a cheaper quote for one job as a different repair method was recommended. We will definitely be using RTL again.
